Thirty-three minutes after he finished speaking, Congress declared war on Japan, with only one Representative, voting against the declaration, therefore during the time, the impact after pearl harbor had a drastic effect by igniting a war that the U. S was trying to stay out of, but that attack began are road down war itself, the lucky part is it made us put a quick end to what Germany and Japan were doing and thus we won the war, and the impact of the entire thing made the U. S. a lot stronger for that attack caused the U. S to become a major power house
