    Although he didn't serve in the Tennessee General Assembly, Harry T. Burn of Niota was elected when he was just 22 years old.

    He changed his vote at 1920, to support ratification. With that, he broke a tie in the House of Representatives and made history by guaranteeing women the right to vote.
