    The medieval Europe was one where the possibility of going to faraway lands and conquering them came up more than anywhere else and this was because of certain reasons.:

    - There was a renewed interest in discovery by the Renaissance.

    -The Europeans believed that the world could be conquered by them

    -The development of the ideas of Capitalist trade which sent merchants to explore new avenues.
