Who benefits from the 14th amendment?

Citizens. Everyone is equally protected by the law.

I think that it benefits everybody who is a US citizen since the 14th amendment is about equality among citizens of the US. It was written when slavery was a big issue so people would not discriminate against the black people. Now-a-days it protects minorities and those who would normally be discriminated against.
