Yes. The rights afforded by the Fourth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution should certainly be afforded to all people despite their citizenship. The Fourth Amendment protects personal privacy, and every citizen's right to be free from unreasonable government. However, there are cases that it might be reasonable to conduct searches in order to fight against terrorism and Narcotics
