Why were the natives Removed from their land after the courts said they could stay?

    Jackson refused to take no for an answer. He was violent and feared and move natives out by his own. Jackson once threated to hang his vice president and other civillians when a state in the south wanted to get rid of a tax, that favored the north. Additionally, back then Natives were referred to and treated as savages, so it was more acceptable for him to do that.
