The federalist felt that a bill of rights did not need to be added to the constitution. The anti-federalist, on the other hands, said if a bill of rights was not added to the constitution they would not sign it.

    1) The federalist felt a bill of rights did not need to be added because they had the 7 prinples

    The Anti-federalist felt the bill of right s should be added because they felt that the national government was going to be too strong

    2) The Anti-federalist won

    3) the anti federalists one because the federalists needed the anti federalists to sign the Constitution
