The United States government was not created in a day. In fact, many steps were taken to create the government that people are familiar with today. First, the Americans had to break free from the British. In 1776, the Founding Fathers created the Declaration of Independence to do that. They used the Declaration of Independence to show the British that Americans were ready to fight for their land. Once the United States gained its independence, there was much more to be done. The Founding Fathers got together for many meetings and created a set of laws that, at first, did not work. They wanted to create a democracy so that all citizens had a voice. Finally, in 1787, with hard work and compromise, the Constitution was written. It gave power to the citizens, but also had laws and structure, and it still stands today. B Chronological order

    Explanation:

A Chronological order arranges different events according to the time they occured.

The event that happened first is listed first, the even that happened next is listed secondly, and so on.

In the question, we have an example of a chronological order because the events are listed according to the time they occured.

For example, in the process that America went through to obtain indepedence, the first event was the signing of the Declaration of Independence, which is listed first in the chronological order. The writing of the Constitution, on the other hand, happened years later after the war of Independence was won, and as a result, it is listed last in the chronological order.
