Which of the following best describes the importance of constitutionalism for the United States following the American revolution?

    I would say that "divided into three branches" is correct because constitutionalism is about limiting a governments powers. The three branches do work together and prevent one branch from becoming too powerful. the one about the president doesn't make sence because that is one person (more like a monarchy) and thats what the peeps who seperated from england wanted to get away from. the one about officials doesnt support the ideas (its kind of unrelated). and the only other one is "limiting the laws". this one could be it because it supports the "limiting" idea but that isnt really for the strutre of the goverment.
