    Answer: B. Germans

Explanation: Based on the information published in the first United States decennial census after 1907 statehood for Oklahoma, by the year of 1910 over 40,000 individuals were foreign born, however about 94,00 had been born in the United States but their parents were of a foreign origin. The greatest national origins of these foreign born and native born of foreign parents were of around 27,000 individuals with a German origin, hence being the majority.
