America's entry into the World War II led President Roosevelt to pass the "Executive order of 9346" to end Racial Segregation and Discrimination. This order led to the recruitment of skilled labor from America to increase the production of Airplanes. This caused an increase in demand for Engineers, Mathematicians, Craftsmen and Skilled Tradesmen. Therefore they employed Dorothy Johnson Vaughan (African-American) as the Mathematician in the Newport News, Virginia. She had to face hard conditions during her stay in the New port. There was a separate section for Women Mathematicians at NASA center who performed all the complex calculations. The white society's mind saw the Colored unfit to work at such respectful institutions. Vaughan faced the discrimination in using the dining and the restroom facilities as prohibited by the Jim Crow's law.
