    Order was restored during the Detroit Riots after the National Guard Arrived.

    The Detroit Riot of 1967, a series of incidents that confronted mailny black people against the Detroit Police, started on Sunday July, 23. Two days later, on Tuesday 25 Federal troops (National Guard and Airborne divisions) occupied the city and after 48 hours the situation was under government control.
