    We can define a secret broadcast the one when it is not for the consumption of the general public. The wireless' invention for example was at the beginning just for armies and navies benefits.

    The media would play a good role in democracy only if the environment allows them to do so.

    The media should inform, educate and mobilize the public of citizens, a military control of the radio, newspaper can permit to the military forces to keep the citizens controlled and calm, following their ideas, buying what they suggest, doing the sports the Govern decides. Something similar happened during the Fascism era and the population was totally addicted to the regimen suggestions
