"The regular deadline for the May 8 primary is April 13. The deadline for the November 6 general election is October 12." And of course, you can register and vote at the same time during the 17-day early voting period before each election. Visit our "Voter Registration FAQ" page for more information."

The deadline to register to vote for any election is 21 days prior to that election. (2018 deadlines are July 17 for the primary election and October 16 for the general election.)
