    Explanation: A church is a Biblical word which means an assembly, it can be used to describe the coming together of Christian believers, it can used to mean all Christians both living and the dead.

    In recent periods people refer to church as a building.

    Different churches have different designs. For the Roman Catholic church it has contain a lectern, an alter, a pulpit, a Crucifix etc.
