How does the rule of law effect the actions of government

    Every entity in a society from the largest group (like government of a large business) is governed by a set of laws which means that everyone is responsible for obeying the laws that are in place.

    Governments are subject to the same set of laws and must obey them just as the poorest citizen would have to.
