    Explanation: Good laws are to keep a society in order, to protect it from evils like murder, or even burglary. The fact is, a lot of people will not adhere to these laws and the majority of these people are not contributing any good into his or her own society. If societies had more good people, who follow the laws and spread happiness and kindness, each community would be more productive and rebellion, or any similar situations, would not be likely to happen.
