The magnification of the microscope is equal to the magnification of the ocular lens times the magnification of the objective lens. Since the objective lens has 10x printed on them at "low power". The total magnification would be 10 times 10. In other words, answer "C" or 100 times.

Magnification according to the level of power in a microscope:

Low Power: 4 times Medium Power: 10 times High Power: 40 times
