How did the Great Depression in America affect the rest of the world

It led many people out of jobs and starved half of the population. People had to move in order to search for food and find jobs

Great Depression, a worldwide economic downturn that began in 1929 and lasted until about I think 1939. Although it originated in the United States, the Great Depression caused drastic declines in output, severe unemployment, and acute deflation in almost every country of the world. So many people starved & kept moving for food and to find jobs
