    B) Quartering soldiers is a grievance listed in Declaration of Independence addressed by the Third Amendment to the U. S. Constitution.

    Explanation:

The Third Amendment amongst other things is concerned with private property. During the battles, people harbored soldiers in their homes or properties under the orders of the government. It was unsettling and a dangerous act towards the inhabitants who tried by all means to challenge the request.

The Third amendment addressed the quartering issue by stating the importance of consent by the property owners. This meant the government didn't have the right any more to force inhabitants to harbor soldiers during wars if they didn't wish.
