    The answer is C. Smallpox and measles reduced the aboriginal population by 86 %

    It's not 86 %, it killed about 50% of them

    Option A is true, it known as Terra Nullius controversy

    Option D and E are also true, after the gold rush, people from all over pacific settled down in Australia searching for prosperity

    And Option B is also True, in the beginning, Australia is British destination to banished convicts
