Describe how beliefs about people and government during the Enlightenment are reflected in our government today.

It reflects on todays government because during the enlightenment period, they thought people were important to a government and higher numbers meant more results and power. They dominated the world of ideas, just like today where for example, our government comes up with new ideas and has power to do so and come out with the result they want.
