    Mandate of heaven is chinese political ideology concept. The mandate is granted to rulers who are righteous act morally and according to customs, who care about their people. If the throne is taken by a despot, Heaven can withdraw its mandate, which indicate by example of: Eclipse, the appearance of comets, famines, floods, earthquakes, wars and so on. In such a situation is fairly initiate a rebellion against the ruler.
