Hey i got another question im pretty sure that its Eisenhower but it might also be Roosevelt While President Truman ultimately made the decision to drop the atomic bombs, the Manhattan Project and the development of those bombs was a decision made by President Franklin Roosevelt General Dwight D.     The answer is Roosevelt. He was the one who supported the Manhattan project and construction of the nuclear bomb, but Truman was the one who made the decision to drop it.
