    Siimilarities: Their governments style was changed ... new governments set up

    Both sides fought for what they believed in.

    Differences:

    French: both sides were inside France itself and fought on their 'homeland'

    American: the Atlantic Ocean split the 2 apart by hundreds of miles.

    The British was far more superior as too training and such ...

    The Amerians fought for their homes and their new way of life.
