If the confederacy had made a plan similar to the anaconda plan what would not be included

Assuming that this is referring to the same list of options that was posted before with this question, it would be a "surprise attack on Washington DC" that would not be included, since the purpose of the Anaconda Plan was to "strangle the South through surrounding the main perimeter.
