I believe the answer is: Oglethorpe made American Indian trade an important part of Georgia’s economy

Rather than seeking conflict with the American Indian, Oglethorpe proposed trade agreements with the American Indian for the agricultural products that the tribes could produce. This become one of the main reason for the improvement in Georgia's economy.
