    The correct answer is A.) It gets good gas mileage.

    Poorly running engines usually get poor gas mileage which means you spend even more money on buying gas.

    I think the correct answer from the choices listed above is option A. A poorly running engine does not gets good gas mileage rather its the opposite that will be happening. Also, it may lose power that is needed for normal driving and emergencies, pollutes the air and t he engine could stall when you are on the road, causing a traffic problem.
