    Very little. "Pork-barrel legislation" is any legislation without constitutional authority that a member of congress slips into another, sometimes legitimate bill, that benefits very few people. These bills are for things like pig fart research, bike trails, or studying the mating habits of cockroaches (all of these have been approved by congress for taxpayer funding).
