What was a result of the great compromise during the constitutional convention of 1787

The result was creating a two-house legislature

The great compromise was enacted in order to make sure that each state have proportional representation in the legislative body. This lead to the creation of the house and the Senate that each has the right to propose and overthrown a certain bill that make during a presidency.
