    False

the concept of universal basic natural rights is judeo-christian, hellenic and Roman views on humanity was diferenet for example major faction for Romas was citizenship if You are citzen You have full rights if You don't have citizenship then You don't have full rights (great example of that is treatment of Paul of Tharsus after Romans acknowleged that he owns Roman citizenship) so it was opposite of our way of thinking, saves for example had no rights and they were 'instrumentum vocale' talking tools, slaves well bieng dependet only on the good will of their master
