Niccolò and Maffeo, who toured through Asia and met Kublai Khan. In 1269, they passed to Venice to join Marco for the first time. The three of them started on a major trip to Asia, turning after 24 years to see Venice at war with Genoa; Marco was jailed and recorded his fantasies to a cellmate. He was issued in 1299, became a rich salesman, coupled, and had three kids. He died in 1324 and was buried in the church of San Lorenzo in Venice.
