    Andrew Jackson mockingly was referred to as "King Andrew the First" because of his king like attitude. Sometimes he not only disobeyed the laws set down by the Supreme Court, but he tried to make his own rules. Sometimes he even went as far as disobeying the constitution of the country. The opposition called him by this name because of his arrogant nature.
