    The Civil Rights Act of 1968 was one of the codified discrimination laws that the United States implement in prioritising the prohibition of racial discrimination. In addition, the law, as stated by the US constitution has the main role to " outlaw discrimination based on race, colour, religion, sex, or national origin."
