Mr. Flaw was in contract to complete the plumbing work, but still he did not complete the work for which he was selected. This was also the breach of the promise made by Mr. Flaw based on which the defendant had selected him. On top of that Mr. Flaw also left a lot of water damage and this can amount to a fine. The defendant had to face additional cost of repairing the dmamges left by Mr. Flaw.
