The physical ramifications are sickness, death, child labor, the need to eat and drink, the moral ramifications are knowing what is good and evil, knowing what is sin.

I assume you mean the fall of man in the Bible, and when Adam and Eve sinned. They ate the fruit of knowledge of good and evil, which was their new moral issue (the knowledge of good and evil, what's right and what's wrong) and the physical ramifications were having to work hard for things, pain, difficult childbirths, death, sickness and more.
