Why is nature important to Anne Frank?

    Because it symbolized freedom, something she was torn away from. Not only that but she saw how beautiful it is and how it changes through out her stay in the Annex. Nature is everything Anne can't have, everything she missed, everything she is missing. It is the outside, the outside Anne can't be in.
