    False. The due process and eminent domain are not found in the 7th amendment rather, it is on the 5th and 14th amendment of the constitution. The United States Constitution's fifth and fourteenth amendment limits the power of the federal and the state government from discrimination. The fifth amendment in the US Constitution requires the Federal Government not to deprive an individual the rights of life, liberty and property without due process while the fourteenth amendment states that it prohibits the violation of a person's right of due process and equal protection.
