    Both programs were geared towards providing more benefits to the American people. In Kennedy’s New Frontier, he expanded unemployment benefits as well as provided aid for housing, agriculture and increase in farmers’ income were implemented. In Johnson’s Great Society programs were geared towards improvement of transportation, medical care, rural poverty as well as transportation.
