    He was one of Egypt's pharaohs that had a long reign as he reigned for 17 years. He is mostly known due to the fact that he was trying to change Egypt from a polytheistic (many gods) to monotheistic (one god) civilization. After his death, this practice was abandoned mostly however and the polytheistic beliefs of old times returned.
