Historians have argued that Progressive reform lost momentum in the 1920s. Evaluate this statement with respect to TWO of the following: regulation of business, labor, immigrants.

    The goal of the Progressive reform movement during this time was to eliminate corruption in big business and government. It lost momentum in the sense that when the Great Depression hit in 1929 many of the abusing business in question failed.
