    Answer - B. It made people reconsider views of government and political powers.

    Reasoning - Pretty much he is saying the political power and government can change the aspect of humanity and within itself by manipulation. But also republicanism rather then any monarchy or oligarchy and etc ... But yes this is just a intro.
