    Brain drains are when the 'smart' people leave an area in search of better jobs. So India doesn't want that

    India probably doesn't ant environmental issues either ... I'm not even sure that's an aspect of globalization as much as just growth of the county

    Outsourcing is when you send your jobs to be done for cheaper in another country, so I'm not sure the banker would want his job to move to an LIC, and having new jobs open up in his country wouldn't do him much bother as he already has a job

    Foreign Investment is good for them though, because it allows them to expand, develop, etc

    So the answer is D. Increased Foreign Investment
