The Youth voter turnout has increased slightly since 2000 - this is the correct answer!

It is generally lower than the turnout of the other voters (some estimates suggest that it's even by 20 %!) but it's slowly rising. For example, it was around 40% in 2000 and it was over 50% in 2008
