I am pretty sure that the answer is D) Parliamentary Democracy. I know for sure Turkey's system of government is one of the two forms of a Democracy. Turkey's system of government is a Parliamentary Democracy with free market economy. One of the reason's I believe the answer is D is because, the info in your question has nothing about a Judicial Branch in Turkey's government or anything about voting for the Executive Branch.
