    The Union, because after the South [Union], didn't like how Abe was going to make laws freeing the slaves, so the South thought they were going to lose their power because slaves were their major roll ecomonmically, so they saw as there opportunity to revolt and seceded from the United States of America to make the Confederate States of America.
