    Every American citizen.

The Constitution protects freedoms for all citizens of America. The question of citizenship was been questioned through American history and it is quickly realized without citizenship a person is not guaranteed rights. Initially citizens of the US were established as white, male, and landowning. Through time the definition of citizenship has expanded to include additional racial groups like blacks, Asians, and Native Americans, women, non-landowners, and reduced the age to 18.
