The federal court of original jurisdiction depends on the case that will be tried. The United States federal court is comprised of three levels. Most of the time, the US district Courts are generally the court of original jurisdiction. Then, if an appeal will be made, it will be coursed through the US Courts of Appeal. They hear the appeals from lower court or the district court. The Supreme Court, which is the highest level and last court for resort, simply because once a case has been decided by the Supreme Court, no appeals can be made.
