    Jews, Anabaptists, Muslims and witch hunts faced persecution during the Counter-Reformation.

    Anabaptists believed in adult baptism, which was against the Protestant and Catholic belief in infant baptism. Catholics and Protestants saw this idea as a threat to their beliefs and persecuted the Anabaptists. The Jews were persecuted because they didn’t convert to Christianity.
