Compare and contrast the whiskey rebellion and shays rebellion

Both rebellions were a direct result of taxation. however the primary difference between the two is that the former was put down successfully while the latter was not. however another difference exists in shays rebellion also was in protest of high debt and the farmers involved in shays rebellion succeeded in ridding themselves of it.
